Dry land trainings are very important in order to prepare an athlete for skiing in course.

During youth it is important to make up good physical program.

Thus we provide mentored session with our strength and conditioning coach, who has many years experience working with junior/children:


-  Some dry land training during the skiing camp and some information for the coaches to work at home;

-  Week of Dry Land Camp focused on specific training for skiing in relation to the age of the partecipants;

- A Multisports Camp at the sea with water sports or in the mountains with coordinative and condition activities in contact with nature;
